Four focus areas — chosen because they're the work I've done longest, and because the same nervous system tends to show up underneath all of them.
I don't try to be everything to everyone. I do the work I'm trained for and I do it well — relational trauma, relationship abuse, addiction recovery, and the cumulative weight carried by first responders and helping professionals. Most of the people I see are living in the overlap between two or more of these.
If your situation isn't a fit, I'll tell you plainly and help you point yourself toward someone who is.
