Hi! We're so glad you’re here
This is the part where we tell you about ourselves
We are Katelin Hanhart LCSW and Kufre Idiong LCSW, two therapists who are passionate about meeting you where you are in your therapy journey and strive to work with you to create a plan for care that individually supports and meets your specific needs.
Katelin Hanhart LCSW, the owner of the practice has been a therapist in a range of therapeutic settings and levels of care for the past 10 yrs, and always looks to focus on creating a connected and safe relationship with all clients she is working with.
Originally from New jersey, Katelin now lives in Southern California with her husband, 2 young children and dog Penny.
Katelin has specialized in treating various types of trauma/emotional wounding, addiction/addictive behaviors, women’s health/maternal mental health, first responders and helping professionals.
We met while working with the Wounded Warrior program on base at Camp Pendleton in Oceanside California.
While working together, it was clear there was a mutual belief in treating clients from a supportive, understanding, non-judgmental, and true human to human approach.
Our practice continues to focus on maintaining this type of care for all clients who enter into the therapeutic space.
Our desire is for therapy to be accessible and comfortable for the clients we work with. This is why we offer both teletherapy and In person services at our office in Southern California on the border of Temecula and Murrieta
At this time, Katelin is able to service clients in a therapeutic capacity who reside in either New Jersey and/or California, and Kufre is able to support clients who are located in California.
About Kufre
Kufre LCSW, the other therapist in our practice has not only had a range of experience in the therapy world including time working with active duty military and the native american population, he has also had a wide variety of personal experiences due to his time serving in the U.S. Navy, and being part of the BIPOC community.
While Kufre is incredibly inclusive and works with all clients 19yrs and over who enter into our space, he is of course especially passionate about supporting first responders, active duty military, veterans and members of the BIPOC community.
He specializes in working with clients going through major life changes, relationship difficulties, trauma, addictive behaviors, rescuing behaviors, and people pleasing. Most importantly, he is known by many as one of the easiest people to talk to and has a warm, encouraging nature that allows clients to feel confident and as ease working with him!
We am extremely committed to our work, and believe it is such a privilege to be entrusted with the hardest and most painful yet most exciting and fulfilling parts of your life. We find our clients to be brave, resilient, committed people who are looking for a safe space to share their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a non-judgmental environment.
We look forward to being part of your journey.
