Rates

Rates will be discussed during the initial phone consultation. Fees will vary for walk and talk/in home therapy based on distance and length of session.

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to discuss this information further along with understanding what is bringing you to therapy at this time.

 

 

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

 

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. During our initial phone consultation I will provide you with specific information regarding insurance as related to my services.

Once we speak, if it is necessary to contact your insurance company; I’d recommend asking some of these questions below

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

  • Do I have out of network benefits and what are the details of those benefits

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
