San Diego services are telehealth only. I don't have a San Diego office and I don't drive down. San Diego clients meet with me by secure video from anywhere in California — downtown, North Park, La Jolla, East County, South Bay.

San Diego is a big county that behaves like a small town — workplaces, gyms, school pickups, and the same three brunch spots. For a lot of high-functioning adults, the real barrier to therapy isn't willingness; it's the thought of a waiting room. Meeting by secure video removes that entirely. No parking structure, no lobby, no chance of a familiar face.

How care works from here

Katelin practices from the Temecula Valley, about an hour up the 15 — close enough to know this county, far enough that your worlds won't overlap. Sessions are by secure video anywhere in California, and when in-person sessions matter to the work, the Temecula office is a reachable drive rather than a plane ticket. Same therapist, either way.
