A closed 10-week group for women working with the patterns that keep showing up in their relationships and their lives. Ten weeks, eight women, from the first session to the last.

## About the group

This women's trauma therapy group will support women in understanding the patterns that keep showing up in their relationships & life that may be keeping them stuck. In this group we will both work to understand the roots underneath these patterns, move toward integrative strategies to release those old patterns and invite new ways of thinking, acting and feeling. This group will focus on creating a safe supportive environment of women helping women to invite the idea of release and change.

## How it runs

### A closed group

This is a closed group. We will start and stop all together from week 1 to week 10. Nobody joins in week 4, so the room doesn't reset each time it has started to feel safe. There are 8 spots.

### Dates are still forming

The start is estimated for mid-October. The actual start date depends on when the 8 spots fill, so it isn't fixed yet — and neither is the day or the time. I set those around the preferred days and times of the women who join. Get on the list and I'll confirm both with you before anything begins.

### A pre-screening call comes first

A pre-screening intake call is required before you can sign up. A group works when the people in it are right for it and right for each other, and that isn't something a form can tell me.
